   Potassium sulfate (JP)······························3.13g
   Anhydrous magnesium sulfate (USP)······1.6g

Bowel cleansing regimen for the pre-treatment of colon examination (X-ray and endoscopy)

Preparation: Pour 1 bottle (177mL) into mixing container. Add water and fill the container to the mark
  (about 473mL).

Administration: For adults over age 18, take in divided doses as follows.
  1) In the evening before examination: Ingest total amount of prepared solution early in the evening before
      examination and drink about 946mL of water over 1 hour (fill the mixing container to the mark
      (about 473mL) and drink twice).
  2) In the morning of examination: Next day morning, prepare second solution additionally and
      ingest total amount of prepared solution and drink about 946mL of water over 1 hour
      (fill the mixing container to the mark (about 473mL) and drink twice). This procedure
      should be completed at least 2 hours before the start of examination or until the time specified by doctor.

  In the evening before examination, take only light breakfast or clear liquid. In the morning of examination, take only
  clear solution.
